1994 Land Rover Defender 110

We imported this Land Rover from the United Kingdom. We bought this off an individual in Thornley, UK (Northeast England).  We were able to get an absolutely massive folder of service records from the previous owner that has invoices totaling over £19,000 GBP (see last pic of all of the service records). This is the most extensive service record file of any vehicle that we have ever imported. 

 

Some upgrades that the previous owner did are: 

 

- raptor paint to the exterior

- clear lights on both front and back

- headlights

- wheels

- grille

- rear tire cover

 

We installed brand new front rubber floor mats as well as a large cargo rubber mat. 

 

I did want to point out that I did not dry the vehicle very good after washing it so there still is some water spots that can be seen in the pictures. 

 

We purchased a certified copy of a factory record from the British Motor Industry Trust (as can be seen in the second to last photo) and this shows that the vehicle was originally delivered to "Home Sales", which could mean a number of things. This Land Rover is equipped with the 300TDI engine.

We did notice that the drivers side rear door does not open from the outside but it will open from the inside, that could be remedied easily by the new owner. We also noticed that the blower motor for the heat does not kick on. The blower motor in these cars are not very strong to begin with, could be a wiring issue. Parts to fix this are not too expensive.
